Basic scheme:

Spearmen play defense.
Axemen hold the midground to stop whatever the enemy sends at them.
Archers take a flank and back up the rest.
Lotus Eater brings up the Ice Warriors as soon as possible. Once they are
	up, he can Ice Wall as needed to adjust bad terrain, or give
	Archers better defense.
Ice Warriors go out to soften up whichever unit of the opponent needs it.
The Skyrider does flanking and backup duty.
