Basic scheme:

Well, it's like this. Confusion.

Blowpipers take forward position, take out Archers by whatever means are
	necessary.
Send in the Scout to clean up what they don't. He's a great flanker.
Lotus Eater goes betwen the Militia and the Axemen, does what he can. They
	form the spearhead to attack the enemy aggresively.
Archers move and snipe, staying in cover and killing with massed attacks.
Shaman helps the spear and flanks as necessary.
